1. Boarding Requirements: Dogs need to be current on vaccinations, taking flea and tick prevention, and not be in heat.
2. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be issued if bookings are canceled within 24 hours of being made.
3. Health and Safety: We routinely clean to maintain a healthy environment. In the event of a emergency medical situation, the pet parents will be immediately contacted. If they are unavailable, we will transport the pet to the pet emergency.
4. Liability and Release: If emergency medical attention is required, the pet owner is responsible for the costs to their pet.
5. Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures: Please arrange times via text to 682-445-7495. If those times need to be adjusted or delayed, an additional fee may be assessed.
